OKBYE™ currently delivers across Morocco only.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on all orders.

Delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within 2–4 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier conditions.

Order confirmation

We may contact you by phone to confirm your order before dispatch. Please provide a complete address and a valid phone number, and make sure you are reachable at delivery.

Delays and failed delivery

Delivery may be delayed because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, or incorrect customer information. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or the customer is unreachable, we will contact you where possible.

Payment

All orders are paid by PAY ON DELIVERY. You pay cash when the delivery agent hands over your order.
